TrundlePaw doesn't publish under a generic "Team TrundlePaw" byline. Right now, this is a one-person project — I write and edit everything here under the name Alex Morgan. There's no in-house editorial team and no editorial board, and there's no reason to pretend otherwise.

Articles are researched from the primary sources listed at the end of each piece — veterinary organizations, breed clubs, government agencies, manufacturer specifications and industry reports — and drafted with AI assistance as part of that process, then checked against those sources and edited by hand before anything is published. That's stated here plainly rather than left for a reader to guess at.

Health content gets the most scrutiny here, and it deserves the most honesty: nothing on TrundlePaw is currently reviewed by a licensed veterinarian before publishing. Health and behavior articles are written from published veterinary and animal-welfare sources, not from a professional's direct review of the text — and they say so, with a same-day-vet notice placed first whenever a topic could be an emergency, and a clear Veterinary Disclaimer stating this is informational content, not a diagnosis.

Product and service recommendations follow the criteria explained in each article — price, features, materials, availability and manufacturer specifications. TrundlePaw doesn't currently have any active affiliate partnerships; if that changes, it will be disclosed clearly next to the recommendation itself, not buried in a policy page.
